Terms and Conditions

1 Quote Validation

All quotes provided by Navriz Doors Maintenance and Repair LLC. are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the quoted values may be subject to change.

2 Down Payments and Deposits

All down payments and deposits are required to initiate the ordering process and associated work. These payments are refundable only if the parts order has not been placed or the job has not commenced.

3 COD Accounts

All outstanding balances must be paid in full upon completion, except in cases where an account has been credited by Navriz Doors.

4 Payment Terms for All Accounts

All promotions and credits will be voided and terminated due to non-payment or late payment.

5 Unpaid Balances

All standing balances that remain unpaid will incur a monthly interest charge of 12.9% on the outstanding balance amount and may be subject to legal action.

6 Warranties

All new parts and hardware provided by Navriz Doors come with a one-year warranty, excluding rebuilt parts or labor.

All rebuilt parts come with a 60-day warranty.

7 Liability and Responsibility

Navriz Doors Maintenance and Repair LLC. is not responsible for any equipment malfunctions that do not comply with all standards and regulations required for safe operation.

Customers will be notified of any risks or violations of proper guidelines and will assume full responsibility for any decisions that do not comply with safety standards or jeopardize the architectural integrity or formal design of the original product or structure.

8 Permits and Applications

Navriz Doors Maintenance & Repair LLC. will not be responsible for obtaining any applications or permits required for the project.

9 Acceptance of Terms

By initiating and completing a job or service with Navriz Doors Maintenance and Repair LLC., customers automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

10 Changes to Terms

Navriz Doors Maintenance and Repair LLC. reserves the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately, and it is the customer's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Additional terms and conditions may be implemented as necessary.

11 Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By engaging in any business transaction, ordering services, or interacting with Navriz Doors Maintenance and Repair LLC. in any capacity, all parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
